On the day, 21 March 2010, treasonous politicians (treason as defined in the constitution as “adhering to their enemies”) acting with complete arrogance thinly veiled in a translucent shell of “social justice”, defied the fundamental Laws and Principles set in place by the Framers of the Constitution which governs this land. This atrocity has been accomplished by asserting the supposed necessity and legality of the Government’s expanded intrusion in the People’s “Right to Life”, which can only be granted by our Creator. These elitists have intentionally carved a gaping hole in the shield provided by our Republic as established during the 2nd Continental Congress with the Constitution of the United States and the subsequent Bill of Rights. Through this chasm will leak another enormous infection of entitlement that will further disease the mighty spirit of the American People thus advancing the relinquishment of God granted Freedoms, Liberties, and Rights quite possibly past the tipping point in the balance of power between “We the People” and the Socialist Progressivism enslaving our Government. This malignancy, if allowed to spread, will rend the fabric of our Nation, tearing the quilt of our God given Rights, thus destroying the Blanket of Freedom that has protected the United States of America since 1791.
Our Founding Fathers set forth no decree of Government entitlement; specifically omitting the concept in fear of the stifling of the Spirit of Freedom and Liberty that would most surely ensue under such a policy. The Founders also saw no necessity to governmentally direct the moral compass of the People that, through True and Unwavering Faith in the Lord, leads to individually exercised Charity towards fellow men and women, and garners a natural Hope in the hearts of the People for a future in which People are Free to pursue Life, Liberty and Happiness without the oppression of the Despotism that would be inherent in an over-bearing Government that would audaciously institute such a policy. This concept was also not alien from the People in Colonial times and is best evidenced by the hesitancy of the states to ratify the Constitution without a means of preserving the individual Rights granted by God, against the nationalized central Government that the document would established. Indeed, the Founders acted conspicuously in defiance of such a stance when they set forth the Bill of Rights as a method to specifically limit the Power of the Government over the People with the intent of preventing such intrusive measures from the Governing body thereby attempting to preserve the individual’s Liberties as called for by the People.
In blatant disregard for the Principles upon which this country was established, modern subversive politicians have undermined the will of the People, whom they are directed by LAW to serve, and have promoted a policy that will take yet another step towards overthrowing the Republic and establishing an Oligarchy which will have no regard for individual Rights and will only exist for the sole purpose of attaining and wielding ill-gotten Power. Do not confuse the guise perpetuated by these mutinous souls that this policy has the welfare of the People in mind with their true agenda of dominance of the same People. Examples of the true nature of this motion are readily apparent not only in statutes that are buried within the legal jargon but in the actions of the treacherous politicians as well. Examination of only a few of the myriad of these examples undoubtedly expose this malicious plot.
The bill itself falls short on merits in more areas that any one person could explore in the limited confines of a blog environment. However, it is important to highlight a couple of the most notable abominations that exist within this poisonous resolution that has been falsely, and illegally legislated into existence.
- Most glaring is the concept that the Government now reserves the capacity to punish the People for lack of compliance through a tariff imposed on those People who do not secure a health insurance policy. Not only is it Unconstitutional for the Government to impose such sanctions against the People for not purchasing a good or service, but it is also a specious violation in the Free Market Principles (and no doubt the rules of the Commerce) in that it leads ultimately to a total monopoly by the Government over the Health Care Industry. This is due to the inevitable situation that arises where the People are forced to pay for the service and, due to subsidies, the Government backed insurance policies will be the lesser costly choices thereby almost ensuring the People, in avoidance of Law violation, will purchase a Government backed insurance policy. Additionally, over time, People whom currently have an insurance policy, will no doubt switch to a Government plan as a means of fiscal prudence which will therefore lead to the demise of privately run insurance companies. And if this weren’t abhorrent enough, the Government is the authoritarian that sets the pricing standards for health care goods and services; a regulatory position it will no doubt exercise extensively in an attempt to accelerate the elimination of private ventures in the industry.
- Another apparent disregard for the interests of the People is the overwhelmingly irresponsible nature at which this bill confronts fiscal prudence. An example is the “double-counting” of Medicare funding (another entitlement program which erodes the foundation of the Principles of the Republic) whereas the administration claims that a reduction of over $500 billion will lead to a Medicare life extension which is completely irrational given the fact that the same legislation takes the money saved and spends it on other programs which in essence, leads Medicare right back to the same financial situation it is in now and a worsening position of ability for execution of the medical care which it was established to fund. Less capital for expenditure on medical procedures will unarguably lead to rationing of care for those who rely on it since the monies available will be drastically reduced to fund said care.
Examples of the lawless actions of this legislations proponents are just as menacing and obvious. Take for instance the numerous public quotations of Congressional members:
- Many have claimed the necessity to act without regard for regulations and in distinct defiance of the People that they are supposed to represent.
- Congressman Altmire was specifically quoted saying that the People’s will in the matter was divided “evenly” when in fact most polls specifically noted that support for the legislation was at only 26%.
- The Speaker of the House stated that they will take any action to pass this bill no matter what.
- The elected Executive of the nation has been noted for repeatedly stating that the Constitution is “outdated” and shouldn’t be the policy which is strictly adhered to when governing the land. More disgracefully, he specifically stated that he doesn’t “spend much time concerning himself” with the rules and regulations used to construct and pass legislation that will be presented to him to become law.
When did the elected representatives of the Government determine that they are above rules and regulations that our Founders set forth to ensure their adherence to the Principles upon which this Republic was founded? When did the People lose sight of the true nature of the granted Rights in that they are bestowed upon us by God alone? The answer lies in the conspiratorial nature with which those with progressivism ideals have ignored our history and perpetuated the altering and erasing of said history in an attempt to eliminate the People’s understanding of the true consequences of their actions. Just recently, many states have promoted an attempt to remove United States history prior to 1877 from textbooks used in public schools. This is a blatant attempt to stifle the understanding of the Principles on which this country was founded. Gone would be any general population education on the Revolutionary War, the Continental Congresses, the Declaration of Independence (note the intent to stop teaching the document which declares the Creator’s granting of the People’s Right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness,) the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and a plethora of other important accomplishments within our Country.
History is what prevents the People from erring in the future. Given the recent events in our Government, understanding our History is more important than ever. Given these recent events, the subversion of our History has allowed lawless politicians have taken over the scribing within the annals of History. WE THE PEOPLE are the only ones who have the authority to write History but we will fail to do so in a Republic if we fail to acknowledge the History of our Country and our obligations to return the United States of America to the course upon which the Founders placed us. History Untold, alas the future of the Republic depends solely on WE THE PEOPLE learning and applying our past History and the lessons to be learned within.
The time is now for WE THE PEOPLE to cast off the complacency and sloth that has settled upon the masses through the promise of comfort afforded by the Government. Continuance of our current inaction will no doubt be the undoing of this Republic for our progressive enemies will not cede in their aspirations for the overthrow of our nation as we know it. We must study the past and apply the lessons of the Founders to our actions now and into the future. Only an acquired respect for struggles which our Founders endured to give us this nation can empower the People to take action to return the United States of America to the path that our Founders set this country upon 219 years ago. In reference to Benjamin Franklin, we were given a Republic, and we MUST take action to keep it.
